Having bought my son an electronic drum kit from Dolphinmusic nearly 2 years ago, two of the drum tops had become ripped and worn. I EMailed Dolphinmusic about this and within a few hours they had responded by telephoning me to help me find a solution. Unfortunately I was not in at the time so I EMailed them back of a more suitable time for them to ring. Paulo Cardoso was the employee who dealt with my problem and rang me.I was really impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. I now have new drum 'tops' winging themselves to me.
