OK experience, but check delivery status before ordering
Ordered Samsung Sound Bar.
Website offered 5 to 7 day delivery. Actual delivery took over 4 weeks. Seams that Hispek dont carry stock and that they are therefore not in control of delivery. Once they received item from Samsung they dispatched to me by express delivery arriving following morning.
Customer service responded well with phone call and email updates. I will use them again but will phone up to check delivery status before placing an order.

We do advertise over 4000 products in our range and hold a vast number within our own stock, however on occasion there is a high demand for certain products and stock is short in the market.
For clarity we do ask customers if they are prepared to wait for these items.
