I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge from SaveonLaptops and wanted a 3 year extended warranty. Regretably, because they were disorganised, and rather clueless as to how to go about getting a Lenovo extended warranty for a Lenovo laptop they were unable to source me an appropriate warranty. One would have thought that this should have been a straightforward thing for a company that sells laptops.
After several emails and telephone calls - with different people - I gave-up trying to get the extended warranty. Now after 1 year the laptop has developed a hardware fault with the keyboard and it's out of warranty - so looks like I'm stuffed. No points for guessing who I blame.
