Superb quality of service at bargain prices.
Having used other web based companies prior to discovering stringsdirect I have some base for comparison. Not only do they stock as wide a range of strings and other accessories as the competition but the prices are in general unbeatable. In every instance they have delivered within 2 working days of order placed and in most cases next day (even when ordering strings at 3:00pm they still arrived next day). Also items always arrive well packaged, strings particularly; arriving in a box rather than an envelop where they could get damaged. The Paypal option on the website is also handy. Great site and have recommended many times.
