We've used this company several times in the past and have always been well satisfied with both efficiency and customer service. We have never had cause to complain and so cannot comment upon how problem issues are dealt with.
The lack of a fifth star is due to the occasional difficulty we have in leaving the car park at the end of a stay. Sometimes the machine will refuse the card we used to pay with and we have to go through the intercom system to effect release. It's a minor, but annoying inconvenience, not least to any cars queued behind us.
