Good price TV. Smooth replacement process when one was required due to failure
Customer services were excellent; people who understood my situation, were knowledgeable about the process and made good notes on their system. The email communications about the orders and their status were also good. When a new TV arrived broken from the warehouse I received lots of good comms and the company seemed to go out of their way to put it right.

Tyres good price, arrived on time, fitted locally
I was pleased to find ordering simple and payment through PayPal is a big bonus. The price was competitive (actually cheaper than going to the fitting company directly in my case). The tyres arrived at my chosen dealer in time and they were expecting me on the day. They were fitted as expected and they already had a record that I'd bought the wheel alignment service so no debate was necessary. Good service, would use again.
