I bought a sony TV last Christmas and given the weather we had they still delivered and they gave a five year guarantee yet other electronics stores wanted me to pay extortionate amounts for extended warranty. I now only buy lager electronics from John Lewis.
I do use sainsburys to shop online but rarely since it is much cheaper to shop at morrisons for frest fruit and vegetables. I also like to pick my perishables. They also no longer carry above first floor of apartments due to health and safety so I no longer use them for this reason. However in the past they were always here during my chosen delivery time, freindly and all products ordered in the bags. My only real complaint would be the overuse of plastic bags by placing very few items in each. Surely they have their reasons.
I always use the BA site and only encountered a problem once when they took a payment twice due to a computer problem, which they did discover after a few weeks just where the money was and issued my refund.
When booking a flight and car it is easy, affordable if booked well in advance, and inflight food is always a plus due to the expensive and awful food served at our airports.
Comfortable boarding, great seats, no extra charges, both hand and hold luggage allowed, no small print that other airlines use to confuse as to whether you are allowed hand or hold luggage.
I always manage to find great prices to spain if I book well in advance, outside of school holiday and of course with flexibility of travel dates and times. My only complaint is the cattle herd boading system used for getting on a flight. It is the main reason I prefer British Airways.
It was simple to upload my prescription for my pet making the ordering of the medicine quick, easy and with a great savings on what my vet wanted to charge.
