Watchfinder
Not described correctly
Over the years I've bought many watches and I've had two from watchfinder, both were returned and I give them credit for a swift refund. The first was a Rolex which was used, but described as mint - It had quite a few scratches so was returned at my expense and refunded (fair enough) . The second was a Tudor which I bought several months later and I was told I'd have no issues with the watch as it was new with all seals and papers. On arrival, no seals and quite a few scratches. Clearly been worn. I contacted them and they did apologise saying the watch had been previously sold by them and must have been worn. They agreed that they should have checked and did pay for the return. I've been disappointed twice, I won't use them again.

I bought an IWC aquatimer from them in person as I live near their shop. Very professional and knowledgable. Great level of stock and many of the watches are new and unworn. They provided a valuation certificate and all warranty cards and papers. I found them a little pricey compared to some other sites but you get what you pay for.
