I always look on Amazon first before buying something online and every time Amazon is cheaper or the same price with free delivery.
even when I had a dispute with a seller Amazon refunded me the money.
the reviews are really helpful and has helped me to choose what product to buy.
I'm only dissapointed when they don't gave what I want and I have to go somewhere else.

What has happened to boots!!!
Website a nightmare to navigate
and even if products have 3 for 2 on it doesn't mean you can get the offer as some are just make up some are just bath products.
I wasn't even able to order a fragile cup online despite wanting to pick it up from the store being told i had to go in there to buy it, how did it get there then!!!!!!
If Boots wasn't the only place i could but the product i wanted i would have gone else where.
i will not be shopping online with boots again!!!!!!!
