They tend to have an average time of 10 days to respond to emails. This is the 21st century! I think a reasonable response time would be 48 hours. Purchases tend to arrive very quickly when the item is in stock, but they dont inform you when something you've ordered is out of stock, until you chase them. Staff tend to be friendly and helpful however.
I ordered a couple of harness' for my dogs at crufts last year and managed to buy the wrong sizes (despite measuring them before hand, how did I manage that?) Anyway I sent them back for exchanges and got new ones back and the whole process was very simple and efficient. The harness' themselves are very good quality, there is a large range and are reasonably priced.
Have been with other banks in the past (Inc Natwest who are a nightmare!) and have never had any problems with the Co-Op bank. I have a current account with them and an ISA, and whenever i've neeved to speak to CS they have been very polite and helpful. Would be nice if they had more branches about though.
I ordered a few bits from their website and the next day delivery didn’t get there next day, when I asked why they hadn’t got there next day they apologised (I cant remember if it was their fault or the couriers) and refunded me the postage without me having to ask. I think this is excellent customer service, I think everyone makes mistakes, its how you handle those mistakes which counts!
I've ordered a few bits from asos and they always arive very quickly, but the quality can be a bit hit and miss! I've found that the price of some bits isnt worth the quality, but the designer bits have always been fine. Have never had to use their returns dept, so not sure how that is but you do get a returns envelope with orders which is good.
Ordered a whole bunch of collars from this company over the last year and have been very happy with them. Quality is excellent, very reasonably priced, plenty of range of designs and ordered processed very quickly.
I had an account with them in the past and it was very easy to re-open one again with them. Got my credit score from 'Fair' to 'Good' in just a couple of months,
Whenever i've had to phone customer services they've been very helpful.
I was worried when getting an account with them that it would be really difficult to cancel, but actually i just had to call a number and the chap on the other end of the phone was very helpful and closed the account for me. They did have to ask a bunch of questions from their script about why you're cancelling, but cant blame them for that really.
Ordered a leather collar for my dog, but had some trouble with the basket online. Called up and was answered immediately by a lovely lady who was very helpful and efficient. Collar arrived next day and only cost about £3.00! Was very well packaged, included a hand-written note and fitted excellently. Very very happy!
Bought two pre-owned books at £3.00 each, + £1.00 p&p and arrived next day in great condition. Perfect!
its excellent! I dont know how I lasted so long without signing up.
The Milton Keynes store today proved that they uphold the excellent morals and values the company advertises. I forgot to pick up something I bought and they have said they will post it back to me, free of charge! Along with a free voucher for a cup of tea.
Good customer service epitomised.
Excellent service, came very quickly and product was reasonably prices. Would be my first port of call for pet bits!
Everything I have ordered from this company has always got there very quickly and in great condition. Great site!
This company left my partner hanging around outside in the cold for TWO HOURS. Was told that they can deliver as late as 9pm at night, although their website promises 7pm?
Staff were friendly and sympathetic, but let down by poor company policy.Told they cant speak to the driver, had to hold for a manger. After 5 calls from my partner and one call from me, I was told I *might* get a call back tomorrow? Might? Very, very poor experience. Use reputale couriers, not fly-by-night 'man-ina-van' type companies.
Edit: Day two and STILL NO PARCEL? Come on guys, this is an absolute joke.
