Ordered an all in 1 pc on the 25th October and found when it was delivered that there were half a dozen dead pixels on the screen, the man at KnowHow assured me it will be sorted within 10 days from today.
It got picked up 2 days later....the box they sent for it to be in was too small, and told them to just take it in original box as I wasn't waiting a further 4 days for a new box!
5th November came, and I asked how it was going (expecting it to be coming back, as it had been 9 days) he said ''Its in our work shop.... we will repair it soon" I rung back on the 7th November, and apparentaly I asked for a refund(on the 5/11- the last phone call), and my UNRAPAIRED item was wrapped up ready to be sent back! They assured me that they would cancel that, and ask for it to be REPAIRED like asked for the 1st time.
8th November came, and apparently to the call center, I asked for a refund for the 2nd time on the 7th!! You should have seen my face! - Apparenly they didn't have the parts.
14th November - Parts came, and were waiting for work shop to fix item.
16th November - Item fixed
today 18th November - With DPD (courier) for redelivery.
It was so hard though, as they were all like aliens not knowing anything....One told me to ring DPD (gave me wrong number) to ask where parcel was. - THIS was BEFORE item was given to DPD!! They told me to give them the 'job number', and 2 days later another person said ''I don't know why my colleague gave you that, as that is our job number, and DPD wouldn't have a clue what it would be!''
I asked for the DPD consignment number, they gave me a 6 digit number, eventhough when looking later, it said it has to be between 9-20 digits!
AFTER 25 calls, coming up for a month (not the 10 promised days), it looks like the item may be on it's way back! - I now also miss out on the 28 day money back guarentee. And I tell you this, if I don't like it, I WILL be sending it back! - I only used it for about 30 mins before hand!
NEVER using them again!
