I am totally at a loss to understand your comments. I emailed as I had not received the order after a week, due to the fact that I had checked my account with Paypal and noticed that they had given you a wrong address of - Villa Costa, Richmond Road, New Barnet, Herts EN5 1RX ( my old address) and not my current address which is 44 Northlands, Potters Bar, Herts, EN6 5DE. Now in your reply I am told that you sent it on the 1511/11 to Jessica Thornton, 21 Mountfield Avenue, Sandiacre, Nottingham, NG10 5LS
Please can someone tell me what is happening, I need this order fairly soon, I loved your website and the goods on offer(for every occasion) and that is why I opened an account, but this is fast becoming an unpleasant shopping experience, especially as I have told several of my friends about how your company can solve the dilemma of what to buy for that special occasion
