When i called the company the man taking the order was extremely polite and helpful, he took the order and explained what was going to happen next. Great i thought, going well.
The company used for the delivery were most unhelpful and when my husband spoke to the girl in their office she was very rude and obviously in the wrong job, as she had no communication skills whatsoever. The delivery man was a jobsworth and didn't have 1 ounce of flexability.
The bathroom that we ordered was fine everything as it should be, which is what we had paid for.
I suggest a different delivery company is used by BetterBathrooms or feedback will always be negative.
