i have ordered hair colouring products on pre-order for weeks now. They still haven't had the item in stock - I am the one chasing Ecohamster to know if there was any progress to my order.
because of lack of communication, I have cancelled my order and requested refund. there was no reply from them, no apology - just an email from paypal that I have been refunded. Poor communciation which is a shame because in the past they have been quite good. And when you do phone ecohamster they answer the call but the gentleman who answered my call was miserable and unapologetic. Will take my custom elsewhere!
