We thought the price TravelRepublic quoted for our hotel was wrong - it was substantially cheaper for three nights than anywhere else! And it included breakfast as well. Never had any problems with TR, we've just knocked it down one star because the confirmation email was a little confusing - we weren't sure if it was just a note of our booking and a confirmation would follow or if it was the actual confirmation.... This confusion does then stop you from booking transport immediately.
The free delivery is so welcome. However, I'm finding that small items I have ordered, which could be delivered in a large envelope and which would fit through the post box, are being delivered in a box with a lot of padding. I then have to be in to sign for it.... not as convenient. I would think that small items sent in a large envelope would be more cost effective for your company? Also, I'm finding that next day delivery for small items is not true, they tend to arrive two days after ordering, even though sent First Class. I guess this is down to the Post Office but perhaps a more prominent notice should mention this about small items, compared to a delivery company....
