Disappointing customer support
Having fallen foul of a rogue buyer I was very dissapointed with ebay's complete unwillingness to help. Speaking tio the customer support team on the end of the phone was like talking to a recorded message. They only seemed able to folloow a narrow and completely unhelpful script.
