I purchased a set of saucepans @ £40, delivery therefore included. E mails advised me of acceptance of order, approval of payment, and the means of tracking my order. A further email from Demon Logistics, the courier, advised a (very prompt) delivery date, and the pans were delivered on the day by a most courteous driver. What more could one ask for? Thank you.
