Delayed delivery and contents had leaked

Ordered 25th March, got to me 10th April. Not very prompt!
On opening package found lube bottle had leaked everywhere creating a slimey, gooey mess. On phoning them was told this must be because it had been shaken around in post and not there fault. They did offer to refund if I sent it back, but only after considerable complaint from myself.

Much better customer service is available from others, who I trust to deliver items promptly and have a no quibble customer service department if ever needed.
