Interlink tried to deliver my purchase on a Friday, but no-one in so they left a rearrange delivery card. I arranged on-line to collect it from their depot in Eccles Manchester at 9am the following morning. When at the depot on the Saturday morning I was told it had been sent back to their Birmingham depot by mistake. I asked that they attempt delivery on the following Monday. I then received a call from Interlink on the Monday to be told that they had my parcel but that I hadn't been to collect it on the Saturday. I asked that they deliver it to my work address to be told that they can't deliver to central Manchester (like it's a restricted area all of a sudden) and that they can't deliver on a Saturday. Still awaiting a call back from Interlink for them to advise how they can sort this sorry saga out.........
