-I made an order of several items.
-I received my order (unopened packet) but one item inside was missing.
-I immediately informed topdoghundeshop about, with several emails but never received any reply from them...
-I tried to reach them on their phones but never answered...
-When I first posted my bad experience with them here they immediately blocked it because "they did not had such order in their records" .
-TrustPilot asked me to present proof of my order.
-I sent them the number of my order.
-Then Topdoghundeshop "found" my order but replied to Trustpilot that they sent it complete and if I have any problem to complain to Post Office.
-They well deserved one star because they had never found the time (or professionalism) to reply directly to my many polite mails, instead they are always ready to block any negative review for them.
Terrible customer service!
I received incomplete my order which was paid through PayPal, the seller never replied to my mails so I open a case with resolution center.
PayPal asked me to report the missing item to local police station and to send the report to them! Note that they had every evidence that the seller never replied to any of my (polite) emails!!!
Never again PayPal!!!
I have bought from Nutrecare a couple of times, with no problems.
But last August I paid around 80 euros for goods I never received!
After 1 month and many messages with no avail , I decided to open a dispute through Pay-pal.
Then,and only then, Nutrecare sent me a message "to release the funds !!"
I asked them how could I, given the fact they had already collected my money from the first day of my order !!
They never bothered to reply to me or even to Pay-Pal !!
I escalated the issue to a claim (always under Pay-Pal procedures) they never replied,the deadline of Pay-Pal expired,Pay-pal decided the case in my favor and sent me a total refund of my money.
Result: I will not buy again from Nutrecare.
