I ordered a camera online. It arrived and worked fine when I opened it. However after a couple of days, the lense stopped retracting so I contacted John Lewis customer service for help.
They were incredibly helpful and replaced the camera within a very timely fashion.
I'm always a bit wary about ordering items online having been messed around too many times by various companies.
I ordered a Netgear universal range extender on Monday at 4pm (and paid for next day delivery). I called Ballicom to make sure that the goods were shipping because our wireless at home keeps dropping out, which is frustrating for everyone. I spoke to a very friendly lady who ensured the goods would be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ballicom sent me a tracking number a couple of hours after I received a dispatch email from them - very useful!
Item arrived promptly next day as promised. Will use again.
