This company made a huge mistake by not delivering thousands of Valentines day Flowers on the day and then promised to send an upgraded bouquet on the day after. Well as you can guess, hundreds of these never arrived and so lots of people and their wives, partners etc. were let down on the big romantic day of the year. They, of course, blamed the courier (yeah right!) and offerd to give everyone a refund. Well many of us didn't want a refund, we wanted the flowers, however late. The company seem to feel it is more important to limit their financial outlay than it is to retain and win customers. maybe they have got so big that they can afford to lose a few. Because I politely discussed this matter on their Facebook page they blocked me and deleted my posts (they did the same to many others too). Suffice it to say I will not be using this company again, and I will be recommending to anyone else that they don't touch this company with a bargepole. Incompetent and unprofessional are both words that would describe this company well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
