Being a bit of a techno-dunce, I ordered the wrong battery by mistake and digitalmediastore staff were very helpful in working out where I'd gone wrong and what battery I should have ordered.
Their replies were very quick and thankfully in clear English - this was a great relief as I bought something off ebay which supposedly came from UK but the supplier couldn't sort a problem because they obviously weren't english speaking.
Once they'd sorted out what I needed they arranged return for refund of the wrong one and I ordered the right one which was delivered quickly by Royal Mail as the first one was.
As I'm fairly new to buying online I was very grateful for their courteous and quick help in sorting out my mistake.
My wife and I flew with Virgin Atlantic on a long weekend to New York. Unfortunately my wife had a seizure during the return flight in the night which was very unexpected and frightening.
The on board crew were extremely helpful and extremely caring (so were the two paramedics who happened to be on the same flight). They not only took care of my wife but also they were considerate to me as I was quite shaken by the experience. They were in contact with their medical advisory service to determine if the flight should be diverted and did everything they could to aid my wifes recovery.
This is obviously a bit one-sided as we've not had a similar experience on any other airline and hope never to do so but we couldn't fault them for their efforts to ensure we were properly taken care of. Thanks Virgin Atlantic
