Slow, items not in stock, zero customer service

I ordered a bird table, on the website it said immediate dispatch, after a week of trying to contact them I get told the item was out of stock and that's why it was taking so long. The replies are standard, not personal, they know what they are up to! I left feedback which wasn't positive, they asked me if I would consider removing it. I didn't. However, my feedback seems to have disappeared, and they have asked for some more. Well here it is guys! P.s, the item was a great price, just be honest about your delivery times and try responding to customer queries and you will be ok.......


Dominos Lancaster - useless

Last time we had a pizza from Domino's in Lancaster it was great, nice pizza, delivered quickly. So on Saturday evening my husband calls them and arranges a delivery, pays for it etc. After waiting for an hour and a half, he calls them again and is told it will arrive in 5-10 minutes. After another 40 minutes, he calls again to be told that they no longer deliver to our area. So no pizza, even though they have taken the money for it, and completely spoilt our evening and disappointed our 7 year old. Unfortunately they cannot refund as it has to go through head office....at around 11.30 pm an employee arrives at our door with the money (cash) and some complimentary cookies to make up for wrecking our evening....if they could do that they could have delivered the pizza! Definitely one to avoid if you live anywhere in the Lancaster area unless you are in the middle of town.


Zero customer service. Do they exist?

Are they a dodgy internet scam? Have ordered some boots but the tracking number does not exist according to Royal Mail. Have emailed but no reply, the phone is just an answerphone message, there's no address on their website (illegal), which leads me to believe they have just ripped me off. Don't fall for it.

Waited in all day yesterday as was expecting an item bought from ebay to be delivered, had checked Yodel tracking number. At lunchtime home delivery network van arrives, and delivers a different item (xmas prezzie for son) but not item I am waiting in for, and I signed keypad thing. Waited until 5, then checked tracking info again, lo and behold! Apparently I was out and a card was left. I wasn't out, no card left. Called customer services and told card was left and basically I am lying. Asked to speak to supervisor and phone is put down on me. Google Yodel and find out they are Home delivery network! Phoned company who I have bought item from and they have contacted Yodel and refunded my ebay post, but I have received no acknowledgement from Yodel. Next time I buy something I will inform the supplier that I won't use them if they use Yodel as a courier. Please do the same.
