Mr Memory
Mr Memory is Pensioner Friendly!
I ordered extra memory for an old Dell (not my own) which System Software said was a Dell DM061.
Memory arrived next day but PC beeped when started so I knew it was wrong. On further inspection I saw it was a Dell E520.
Contacted Mr Memory, explained the problem, returned the memory as directed (Freepost!) and received replacement memory in 3 days.
Although also DM061 was different but worked perfectly.
I had expected some charge for a pensioner's mistake but no, Mr Memory did it all FREE. Well done to all concerned.
