Probably the worst comapny i have ever dealt with. I sent off my iphone 4s on 1st October which they received on 2nd October they offered me a mere £75 for excessive wear and tear. When i rejected the offer and paid the £8.95 return delivery charge. I receieved an email from a senior member saying their technicians had made an error in the evaluation of my phone and offered me £120 and the refund of £8.95. I accepted yet its now 12.11.2013 and I am still waiting for my money. I keep sending emails and they keep replying with crap advising it takes 3-14 working days for a bacs transfer?!?! No it doesnt!!!!
Im a Sales Team Leader for Distribution Company and on Trust Pilot we are rated 9.3 for our customer service... Cash4phones are absolutely ridiculous!
I have rang the contact number 0845-460-1064 its just a computer playing the same message over and over again 15 mins and no one still answers.
Wish i had read the reviews on here first and avoided this company!!!
20.11.2013.. I asked my boyfriend who lives 20 miles from the office to pop down to see if he could get my money or my phone back as im 140 miles away. There's a security guard there as quite a lot of people have been turning up demanding the same. He went and got the 'new customer services manager' who asked for my reference number which my boyfriend gave told him it was £120 plus £8.95 return delivery charge but he said i wouldn't get the delivery charge but anyway im just glad to have the £120. The manager asked my boyfriend to confirm my account and sort code over the phone at 3pm today and by the time i got home from work at 7pm the money was in my account. He sent a confirmation email as well.
Its a bit crap for those that live so far away but if you have family or friends i would ask them for a favour to go there as its the only way you are going to get any money back.
if anyone needs any help trying to get their money back get in touch and i can ask my boyfriend to go there next time hes in the area as i know how much headache and hassle all this has been but im now glad its all done.

I ordered and paid for item money was taken out if by account then told 3 days later that item is not in stock. Should not take money for something that you cannot supply. There should be a notice telling customers that item is out of stock so now I'm having to wait for a refund.
