I was bought a fantastic Barcelona Away football top as a gift in store at Sports Direct. Loved it but was the wrong size. Took it to another Sports direct (more local to me) day after with receipt to request an exchange, unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed, gave me a gift card for full value (which I can put towards my new football boots) and I bought the size I needed online - arrived next day in great condition.
Both in store and online I was very impressed. No hassle, very friendly and helpful staff (Dereham AND Norwich branch) completely understood my position and online checkout was very good too. No fuss that the item was in sale. Reccomend Sports Direct, would shop again
If you're thinking about going here just don't bother. Awful from start to finish. Cafe rouge Norwich, two drinks to start very expensive for what they were, waitress rude from start to finish, placed order from a limited menu. 45 mins later 'very sorry but we've forgotten to put your order through'. Absolute timewasters. Left the restaurant disappointed, shocked and hungry. Asked if we could have our drinks free for the mistake, the waitress said no and blamed the chefs. A disgrace. will continue to tell friends and family how bad Cafe Rouge is
Best Indian restaurant in Norwich. End of story.
Attention to detail very good, food is top class; tastes a lot fresher than other Indian restaurants in Norwich and the staff are polite and friendly, especially the manager.
Have eaten here 3 or 4 times now and have been impressed everytime.
They serve their Cobra beer nice and cold too which is always a bonus!
My work PC contracted a virus mimicking a hard drive failure through a dodgy email. PC was left unusable and business grinded to a halt.
I spoke to several local computer support companies either who were too unhelpful or too busy at the time quoting a one-week turnaround.
Then I called Mike at PCathome.
From the word go his service and knowledge was exceptional. Listened to me well and got straight to the bottom of the problem (unlike trying to sell me a new hardrive from the word go like the other companies!) and answered every single one of my questions on what would be involved.
Dropped the PC off the same day, with updates via text, in just three days later (not a week!) the PC was good as new, full updates and fully scanned with the malware removed back to working order.
Cannot recommend Mike enough. Thoroughly impressed throughout, will certainly be recommending to friends for all things PC/laptop repairs.
It's fair to say Gear4music's site is one of the best out there. It's the second time I've bought through them and both times I had excellent service and quick delivery.
This time I bought their own brand studio monitor stands and was a bit disappointed with the quality. I was pleased how heavy duty they were but scratches, blemishes and one of the stands being 2cm off balance wasn't perfect, especially whilst trying to get your monitors set-up straight! The screw thread was corroded too (rusty) but considering the price, they were good value for money. took a bit of tinkering to get right though! (especially without an instruction manual)
Great service, a bit more care on the product side would be good, honest explanation of quality on the site wouldn't have left me a little disappointed. Would still buy from Gear4music in the future though
I heard good things about Orca Logic before buying with them but still, these guys have certainly got it right. I bought two memory cards for upgrading the RAM in my Dell Laptop from 2GB to 4GB. The form to help choose the product you need was very helpful, the email confirmations were clear and in good time, the delivery time was fantastic and the quality of the chips were excellent - easy to install and worked a charm. Very, very impressed with every part of the purchase. My old laptop is now functioning brilliantly as a mobile home studio for music production with 4GB RAM thanks to Orca Logic. Will certainly be recommending to friends and fam. - Ash
