were very helpful during the buying process..but once they have your money and the sale its a whole different story..Very poor customer service, no care shown whatever..unhelpful staff, the list goes on...will never make the mistake of purchasing a kitchen from them again!

Waste of Money

Paid £44 for a 3 weeks listing and 1 week magazine, my car was the cheapest on there with the same spec by miles and not one single call!! :S but few scam emails. then I get a cheeky call from them to relist the item and pay more money!!. Never again! eBay all the way )

Pathetic Poor Service!

I purchased an item online and had no response after a week, when I went to chase up they go that there was a system error and my order was not processed, and by the looks of things was not going to get processed as they had my money but no order showing!!..asked for a refund because I was appalled and 2 weeks later nothing still..chased up again and was told a specialist team at head office had to authorise it despite me calling twice and not even receiving goods! terrible service and very overrated.
