No notice before returning to sender

I ordered something and it was sent with Purolator. Purolator returned it to the sender telling them that they could not find my address. They had my correct address. When I phoned Purolator to find out what the problem was, they claimed they did deliver it but no one was home. I never received notice that they came to my home. There was no phone call made to me, no note left on my door. NOTHING before they simply returned it to the sender. This company is completely UNRELIABLE, LAZY, and LIARS. They don't even deserve one star.
