But you just got to love the way the bill gets padded by the time you get to the end of the form. By which time, your ticket price can compare with BA or any other major airline who may go where Easyjet goes.
Their complaint system actually treats you well and deals with your problems in a fair, quick and helpful manner.
Even after the cost of the 'free phones' was covered, they kept taking those rentals for year after year, without ever once informing me that, maybe, just maybe, I was not getting a fair bill for the one or two calls that I made per month. Just kept on taking the money.
That is, until I wised up. And I would probably slill be paying, except that they got greedy!!!!!!
And frankly, most of whom I had not even ever heard of. My ancestors would do a lot of spinning in their place of rest were they to learn how easy friends come and go in these modern times
Their complaint service is deliberately obfuscating, but I have come to believe that that is to discourage chancers.
After a bad early start,when they first started here, I have given them the benefit..... and they have shown themselves to be a valuable supplier of goods, of quality and on time.
The kit I ordered arrived when it was supposed to, to the quality I ex[ected of the product. I expect I will be looking deeper at the items that Trueshopping will be willing to provide,in the near future.
Once the item got here, it was as good as expected,but it was a day late, and that cost me a day off work. It may have been the fault of the delivery service, who wander here when it suits them. There are delivery people out the who actually email you with a time slot for delivery, and when Amazon has used them, it was definitely the way to go.
I will probably use you again, but......
