I liked the fact that a "Can I help you?" box popped up which enabled me to ask questions about your products and the compatability with other products and I received the answers straight away from an actual person. It was very comforting to receive the advice that you would get from making a purchase in a shop but at the same time as having the convenience of ordering online.
Although the product I ordered showed as being in stock, I received an email straight away apologising for the fact that the last one had been sold minutes earlier, but by receiving the email and being credited the 'next-day' delivery charge back onto my credit card straight away and fulfilling my delivery date requirements for the following week more than made up for this.
I would definitely recommend and use Luxury Nook again.
