High quality retailer
I've bought a number of hi-fi related items - speaker cables, attenuators etc - and the delivery has always been prompt. In cases where there has been an unavoidable delay, they have always kept me updated with a latest status (emails by real people, not automated)
I recommend unreservedly for all hi fi cabling, wires and such.

I've bought quite a few big ticket items from them over the past 4 years (amp, turntable, speakers, cartridge etc) and they always deliver in a timely fashion without any damages. If there's ever a delay, they'll tell you about it. You can also phone them up and speak to someone knowledgable about hi fi and not some generic call centre
Minor quibble: They aren't the cheapest around. But then again, you get a hassle-free transaction. Seems the extra price is worth it for the peace of mind you get. They seem to be genuine hifi nuts as well - they'll give you sensible advice if you need it. It's not just merchandise to them. You're not just some guy to be ripped off like some other outfits I can mention.
