Smooth, informative, no fuss, online shopping - highly recommended
Excellent product information. We bought a fridge freezer this time. The video's and detailed information with each product helped us make our decision from the overwhelming choice available. The order process was no fuss, the delivery information accurate and we were kept informed every step of the way.... although getting a phone call at 7am with delivery information on a Saturday was a bit of a shock ha-ha. It was great that they were able to deliver on a Saturday so we didn't have to take time off. Our old fridge/freezer was taken away and recycled (extra cost though). We can thoroughly recommend Appliances Onlines - we wouldn't buy our appliances anywhere else (watch out though for Appliances Direct - they look very similar but are much more expensive!

Sweatband
Outstanding customer service!
I purchased a Reebok treadmill from Sweatband. The order process, payment, despatch and delivery went very smoothly. Delivery was very well organised with a two hour time slot. Unfortunately the treadmill didn't work when it arrived. These things happen so I first tried getting in touch with Reebok to resolve the issue. After 7 days I was getting no-where so I contacted Sweatband. Michal and Mike from Sweatband bent over backwards to get my issue resolved. They were in constant touch keeping me updated. Reebok were an absolute nightmare so Sweatband replaced the machine with a Kettler (which they recommended). I am extremely happy with it and I received the price difference as a refund very promptly.
I would definitely recommend buying from Sweatband, lovely people - I have never known customer service like it!
National Tyres and Autocare
Excellent service - highly recommended
I visited the Truro (Cornwall) branch of National Tyres. Their customer service was excellent. I was able to get my tyres fitted just a couple of hours after ordering/paying online. The fitting was very quick and they sorted out my spare for free.
Thoroughly recommended (although the Christmas tree in the waiting area has room for improvement ha-ha).
