Great flowers but confusing delivery message
The flowers ordered were fabulous and the recipient of them deighted.
However I was confused by an e-mail message dated 11th June 2013 timed at 11.37 that said 'left in secure location at front of property'. I had to ring the recipient to see whether the flowers had been received as the message indicated that they had been left outside. On speaking to the recipient the next day 12th June I discovered that they had only just been delivered that day, so what was the e-mail message on the 11th about?

Brilliant service, quality items at affordable prices
Found this website through google. Having looked at other web sites this offered the best information on products and best on price too. Delivery was virtually next day and that was standard delivery! Made a mistake on the order and found when I printed the order out that I'd somehow opted for first class next day delivery. I e-mailed straight away as it was the evening when I placed the order and it was adjusted with no fuss immediately the next day.

Hiking boots for awkward feet
Having at last downloaded the means to accurately measure my husbands feet properly to convince him that he needed a size larger to stop his toes taking a bettering every time we went long distance walking, the obstacle became locating a company that made a boot size eleven and a half, that was breathable and waterproof and generally supportive in the right places and comfortable. I am pleased to say the Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports boots have fulfilled all these criteria and no more black nails!

Excellent products, excellent service
I ordered several taps on line from the the well documented catalogue. I was expecting the order to take at least five days to arrive and much to my suprise the parcel arrived the next day. The quality of the products I bought were excellent and a good price too compared even with the Superstores
