Unfortunately, the courier (CL) lost the item during transit and delivered an empty ripped open envelope. After contacting CG (Manchester), they soon contacted CL to find out what had happened. The item had gone missing, and without any fuss CG refunded me that same day with the full item cost and postage. I've never come across any other company that does that so quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
