After placing two large orders in the past, which took a rather long time to arrive, but were fulfilled, I placed an order on the 29th November, which still hasn't arrived. After finding the web site had disappeared and reading others' experiences here, I contacted my credit card company to have the money refunded, which they have kindly agreed to do, even though I spent less than £100 (thank you M&S!). Now I see the web site is back up. The tracking information for my order shows that is was dispatched and is currently in the hands of my local post office, however, there is no date given for the transfer to the postal service, so I think this could be considered rather dubious.
I'm giving them one last chance by emailing their complaints department (available in the Contact Us section of oneclickpharmacy.co.uk) and asking them for the Royal Mail tracking number. If I get no response in the next 12 hours I will go ahead and fill in the credit card company forms to claim my refund.
