Having placed one order when things went well I received an email offering 50% discount on all bras. I ordered a Gok Wan bra but didn't get the discount. When queried I was told the code didn't apply to GK bras. I replied explaining my email said all bras and didn't mention GK bras or any other exception, I then forwarded the original email separately. After three days I rang to complain and was told someone would be in touch within 24 hours. Four days later I sent a customer service comment through the website - got an acknowledgement for that but two days later still no response. The bra's gone back and I'll not be buying anything else from them.
