Ordered a hat/cap prior to Christmas as a present. The item was debited immediately.
After Christmas an e-mail was received indicating the items was not in stock so I arranged for them to send in January/February. However, later on this proved impossible and now the date is June 06 2013. But Fatbirds themselves have been extremely helpful and advised regularly and also offered to reimburse me. However, paying with a foreign card means that again I lose out on exchange rates. As a result difficult to give a star rating.....yes, Fatbirds helpful and accommodating, is the product up to standard, cannot say yet SO am hanging in there till June, which the recipient is happy with, fortunately!
