I sent off two items in the same envelope by recorded delivery. I received an email saying one item had been received and they also found a fault so reduced the price. I have a cheque for an amount that seems to have been plucked out of thin air. I would not recommend this company at all, I hope gadget panda becomes extinct!

1. The prices we paid were not 'plucked out of thin air' but were in fact taken from our website. Item 1 that you sent in as working had a faulty hold button. Please see the clearly displayed faulty price on our website for this model, which is the price we offered. Item 2 although correctly sent in as faulty does not however power on at all. Again we clearly state that any item that does not power on will receive a maximum offer of £5.
2. We sent you a revised offer email for each of these items to allow you to decline the offers if you so wished. We would happily have returned the items to you should you have chosen to decline.
