Apologies for the delay with your item, unfortunately the delay with your order was down to a manufacturer delay which was out with our control.

At the time when you placed your order our website was displaying Available for despatch in 3-7 days as the item was out of stock and due in any day. Unfortunately we weren’t aware of the extended delay from Mira at this time.

Any items out of stock on our website would state Available for despatch in 3–7 days however, in certain cases like above these times scales can sometimes over run which we cannot control.

We always keep customers up to date with regards to any parts that are out of stock at the time you place your order, and our system sends the customer emails that update you with regards to time scales and any further delays. This also gives you the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for your item any longer.

Unfortunately these emails are sometimes filtered in to your junk / spam folder and overlooked which leaves you thinking we have not been in touch.

Im sorry for any inconvenience caused and the extended delay you incurred.

I have also raised points with IT regarding the website and loging in, we dont seem to have had any issues reported recently, however we are now monitoring it.
