I ordered a stereo last week, and checked when ordering that the item was in stock, as some other suppliers said the item hadn't been released yet. I was told that they would get it in and I'd recieve it Tuesday. It didn't come Tuesday. When I phoned I was told there had been a delay with the manufacturer, but I would get it Thursday. I phoned the day before just to check they'd posted it, but was told it would be at least another week. I never got an apology for waiting in. I was told that they don't bother phoning customers to let them know an item wont arrive on the promised date 'if it's just a short delay'. I haven't had a response to my email complaint. I've now cancelled my order, because I need reliability. This is a shame, as I'd like to support eco companies.
