I was advised an incorrect tracking number for my delivery resulting in neither the courier's website or local depot being able to trace it. A phone call to a very helpful lady in BBB's customer service department produced a prompt resolution, a corrected tracking number and a timely delivery.
Order delivered promptly. The products, Zebra T3 miniature metal mechanical ball pens and pencils, and accessories, were of excellent quality for a very reasonable price. Only 100mm long and 5mm diameter, they are very comfortable to write with. Anyone wanting a compact pen/pencil for their wallet or diary could do no better.
I placed the order on 3 November. The delivery time was indicated as 5-7 days.118golf was not proactive in advising me of any delay and I had to chase a couple of times as to status. The Item was eventually delivered on 23 November. I was advised on 22 November that delivery had shipped that day via UPS but no tracking/consignment number was provided. This tracking number was eventually advised to me on 24 November - the day after the delivery.
Causing considerable frustration was the fact that 118golf only allows email communication and does not provide any telephone contact with customer services. - thru which I could have had this information much earlier, not least that I needed to plan my day.
An enquiry on Google revealed that other 118golf customers have expressed similar dissatisfaction.
