Order a replacement wiper blade, recieved email confirmation, next day got an email saying the transaction was not successful and the email stated please contact us. I emailed and called them and I was told to re order the item, asked if I could order it over the phone was told no. Basically wasted my time by emailing them and phoning them!!
Returned some items back and they were 2 days late than ther 28 days policy, would not give a refund only a credit note. I even spoke to the manager and she said it is company policy. Would not go back there. Very unhelpful, no flexibility and poor customer service.
Ordered 2 items, 1 was instock and the other was 2-3 days delivery, so was expecting to recieve the first part, but they held it back until the other item was in stock, I had paid postage as well. Once parts sent out pieces were missing had to keep contacting showerdoc to get an anwser, sent an email never recieved any acknowledgement. Had to ring several times to get a response. Missing parts sent direct from Trition still now the item is incomplete. No form of compensation offered.
