Excellent Service
This is the first time I ordered from Broadband buyer and needed the switch urgently. The courier let us down despite paying for next day delivery. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and chased the problem and promised delivery the next morning. Sure enough it was there next morning as promised. Shame the couriers weren't up to the job. Fancy trying to deliver to a school at 5:55 on a Friday afternoon and then saying they carded us which they did not. Not sure who the courier were though.

Brilliant - arrived next day as promised
As a school re urgently needed ink and it took just 3 minutes to order via the web and I was delighted to receive delivery the next morning. This meant our students were not stopped from working. 3000rpm have supplied us for the last three years and have saved us hundreds of pounds by buying their innovative products.
