I placed an order online for two lamps which appeared to be in stock (according to their system) and I paid for them with my debit card. I later received an email saying my goods were ready for release but they wanted to check my address (I was living in rented accommodation for two months) as it didn't match my debit card registered address. I confirmed this with them to which Litecraft replied that they would release my order. Three days later I then received another email from them saying the lamps had been discontinued and asked if I would like to order something else from their website. I requested a refund which did not materialise! When I chased this up I was told that I had to wait 28 days for this money! I rang up to complain about this but they made me wait 28 days for this money to be returned, money which they took from me for something they did not have in stock. Absolutely disgraceful. This happened over a year ago but I still have the emails which do annoy me from time to time which is why I have now posted this review. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

I am happy to tell you that we have changed a lot of our customer service procedures over the last 12 months and refunds for cancelled orders now only take around 48hrs to process on average.
We have made a lot of improvements and will continue to so we can communicate with our customers better and make sure that they are happy with the product they have purchased from us. Whilst we are trying to continually improve our processes, we will still make mistakes from time to time and we will go out of our way to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
