I placed an ordewr on 16 th october. i have been chasing it via phone (after being on hold for minimum 10 minutes maximum 45 minutes)
i have been chasing via emails as well. Waited pateiently for 3 and half week for my order to be delvered, then i checked my " order status on Simply electronics website today (06/11/2012) and it states “we have successfully cancelled your order"
so after spending around 15 pounds on phone calls and numerous calls they cancelled my order without any refund yet
i am awaiting refund they took my money on the same day as placing order but i dont know when i will recieve a refund.
i have now cancelled the order with them and awaiting refund.
The funny thing was they did not have a clue as to whaere my order was from start to dispatch stage
All i will say is shame on you simply electronics you brke my daughters heart as she was awaiting for an ipad to arrive..
