The slowest delivery ever! last year was exactly the same i should have learnt from last time but I ordered some items i was told i would receive 7 working days later, its been 11 working days and i still haven't received an email confirming a dispatch of my order, I contacted ELC who couldn't tell me why they hadn't been dispatched even tho they are in their warehouse, couldn't tell me when they will be dispatched, and that i will have to wait a further 7 working days when they are eventually dispatched, so frustrating. i would recommend their products, i wouldn't recommend their online store!

I ordered 3 sets of solar lights, One set was not working I contacted Festive lights and they were happy to replace or give me a refund for the faulty lights with free returns as i opted for refund, The 2 sets that worked are perfect really lovely.
